Before disassembly, all base, body, and air horns undergo stamping to ensure proper reassembly with their corresponding parts. Internal components such as jets and metering rods are carefully identified and matched with their original castings to maintain consistent flow characteristics. Following disassembly, thorough inspection and cleaning occur using industrial-grade equipment, with worn parts like gaskets and plunger cups discarded. White metal castings undergo chemical processing to restore factory finishes, while aluminum castings are restored through sandblasting or tumbling processes.

Throughout our meticulous sub-assembly process, thorough inspections and repairs are conducted on threads, inlets, and vacuum pipes. Throttle and choke plates are scrutinized and replaced if necessary, and throttle bushings are installed to address any shaft play beyond tolerances. Completed base assemblies undergo rigorous vacuum integrity checks, with any deviations from our stringent specifications promptly repaired. During assembly, all body and calibration components are meticulously reassembled to maintain product calibration, and every assembly component undergoes thorough testing before final product assembly.

Our commitment to quality extends to the testing phase, where completed products undergo comprehensive flow tests across all operational ranges to ensure precise calibration. Choke adjustment, idle speed, and air-screw settings are fine-tuned during testing, allowing technicians to seamlessly start vehicles upon installation. Although final adjustments may be necessary due to varied engine conditions, our carburetors are packaged with heat shrink wrapping alongside installation instructions, mounting gaskets, and specific technical bulletins, ensuring a smooth installation process.
